Recapito Launches CallPlan, an AI Receptionist Built for Small Businesses

SPARTANBURG, S.C. — September 2, 2026 — Recapito today announced the availability of CallPlan, an AI-powered receptionist and phone answering service designed to help small businesses provide professional, consistent customer service without requiring every incoming call to be handled by an employee.

CallPlan answers incoming business calls using conversational AI and information specific to each business.
