1. Your referral link
After written approval, we will confirm when your referral link is ready. It will follow this format:
Replace your-code with the exact code in your approval email. Do not add spaces, change its spelling or assign codes to other people.
Before sharing: Wait for written approval and confirmation that your referral link is ready. The example above and a reserved code alone do not establish attribution.
2. Describe CallPlan accurately
Essentials is $89/month and Connect is $349/month. Both plans add $0.22 per AI call minute. There is no free trial and no included call time. AI call usage begins only after successful initial payment and account activation. Do not describe it as unlimited or all-inclusive.
You may describe CallPlan as an AI receptionist and phone answering service for small businesses. It can answer calls using information supplied by the business, assist with routine questions and appointments, transfer calls when configured, and provide call reporting.
Do not promise perfect accuracy, uninterrupted availability, guaranteed savings, guaranteed revenue or functionality not shown on the current CallPlan website. Do not present yourself as a Recapito employee.
Both plans let customers configure their business information in the dashboard. Connect adds a dedicated agent with expanded customization options, including a combined 2 hours of customization and software integration each month. Additional time is $65/hour.
3. Disclose your commission
Clearly disclose your financial relationship wherever you endorse or recommend CallPlan. Put the disclosure near the recommendation or link, where it is easy to notice and understand.
Do not rely only on vague labels such as “partner link,” and do not hide the disclosure in a footer or long list of terms.
4. Commission basics
- The commission is $30 for Essentials or $60 for Connect per eligible new customer, paid once. The amount is based on the plan initially purchased. Renewals, upgrades, and yearly anniversaries do not earn another commission.
- Under this agreement, it becomes eligible 30 days after signup if the first payment was collected and not refunded or charged back.
- AI call usage and customization charges do not earn commission.
- Eligible commissions are reviewed and paid monthly, within 30 days after the month they become eligible. Each qualifying customer earns only one commission.
- Applying or receiving a reserved code does not earn a commission. Only eligible referrals recorded after your written approval and link activation qualify.
5. Promotion rules
Use truthful content and promote CallPlan only to relevant audiences. Obtain permission for email marketing and follow applicable advertising, privacy and anti-spam rules. Paid search, trademark use, coupon listings, incentives and special promotions require written approval.
6. Questions and reporting
Email affiliates@recapito.io for questions, materials or a referral report. Include your code in the subject. The Affiliate Agreement controls if this guide differs from it.
